What the website collects
Nothing. It has no forms, runs no analytics, sets no cookies and loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. Like any web server, the hosting provider records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested) to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
What you send us, and why
When you ring, write on WhatsApp or send an email, we receive what you choose to give: your name, phone number, the address of the job, photographs of a lock or a door, a live location, and for a business the company’s name and tax number. It is used to:
- attend your request and carry out the job (legal basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing it);
- check that you are entitled to have the door, vehicle or safe opened (legitimate interest in preventing unlawful entry);
- issue invoices and keep the accounts (legal obligation).
Your data is not used for advertising, not sold and not used to build profiles.
Who else handles it
- Website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare), for the technical data above.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you choose to write through it.
- The email provider that hosts the info@locksmithibi.es mailbox.
- The tax advisor and the tax authorities, for invoices, when the law requires.
Some of these companies may process data in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long it is kept
Messages and photographs about a job are kept while it is being dealt with and for up to one year afterwards, in case of questions or a claim. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the periods tax and commercial law require (generally six years). Then they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to limit or object to its use, and for portability, by writing to info@locksmithibi.es or to the registered address above. If you think your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Qué datos recoge el sitio web
Ninguno. No tiene formularios, no usa analítica, no instala cookies y no carga fuentes ni scripts de otras empresas. Como cualquier servidor web, el proveedor de alojamiento registra datos técnicos (dirección IP, fecha y hora, página solicitada) para servir las páginas y protegerlas frente a abusos.
Qué datos nos envía usted y para qué
Cuando llama por teléfono, escribe por WhatsApp o envía un correo, recibimos lo que usted decide facilitar: nombre, teléfono, dirección del trabajo, fotografías de una cerradura o una puerta, ubicación en tiempo real y, en el caso de una empresa, su denominación y su NIF. Se utilizan para:
- atender su solicitud y realizar el trabajo (base jurídica: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición suya y ejecución del contrato);
- comprobar que tiene derecho a que se abra la puerta, el vehículo o la caja fuerte (interés legítimo en evitar accesos ilícitos);
- emitir facturas y llevar la contabilidad (obligación legal).
Sus datos no se usan con fines publicitarios, no se venden y no se emplean para elaborar perfiles.
Destinatarios
- Alojamiento y distribución del sitio web (Cloudflare), para los datos técnicos indicados.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), si usted decide escribir por ese medio.
- El proveedor de correo electrónico del buzón info@locksmithibi.es.
- La asesoría fiscal y la Administración tributaria, para las facturas, cuando la ley lo exija.
Algunas de estas empresas pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. En ese caso, la transferencia se ampara en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Plazos de conservación
Los mensajes y fotografías relativos a un trabajo se conservan mientras se atiende y hasta un año después, por si surgen dudas o reclamaciones. Las facturas y los registros contables se conservan durante los plazos que exige la normativa fiscal y mercantil (con carácter general, seis años). Después se suprimen.
Derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso a sus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento y su portabilidad escribiendo a info@locksmithibi.es o al domicilio indicado arriba. Si considera que sus datos no se han tratado correctamente, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
